Mul-t-lock®s restrictive key cutting system is provided as a service to our customers to help discourage the unauthorized cutting of keys. Mut-t-lockr® does not represent that this system or any other system will prevent unauthorized cutting of keys, nor is mut-t-lockr® responsible for any cutting or any loss, damage or injury resulting from any key cutting.
Worldwide Key Cutting Policy
Our policy as your independent professional locksmith is to maintain the integrity of your mul-t-lockr® high security products by faithfully adhering to the following: Present a signed card to order new keys, we will validate the signature on the card and compare the signature on this form. If you are not the signatory on the card, we will require A letter of instruction bearing the signature appearing on the card and specially identifying you are the person permitted to order keys on his/her behalf. Validate the identity of the person ordering the key from a photo personal identification. a copy of the photo id must me attached if authorization letter is not presented. Order keys without the key card, it's solely the locksmith's discretion to accept or reject the order. however, a photocopy of personal identification must be attached with this order. additional decoding charges of keys will be imposed.

I hereby authorize the key supplier to order or cut for me a quantity of mut-t-lockr® restricted keys that i have marked. i declare hereby that i am the owner, or the rightful user of this specific key, and i am authorized to place this order by presenting the key card or my identification card. *In case you have lost your key order card, we strongly recommend you to change the lock combinations with new key order card to give you total peace of mind.
